The qualifying property for this grant is 488 Sunny Isles
Boulevard. Since the property owners of the eligible property have filed bankruptcy, the
City may not have the opportunity to purchase this property by the December 31,
2010 grant deadline. As such, we are respectfully requesting the Commission to
authorize the current City-owned property at 151 Sunny Isles Boulevard to be the
qualifying property for the SNP grant to prevent the potential loss of this grant award.

ATTACHMENTS:
.
