<br />o <br /> <br />Project. Upon completion, Mr. Wilson has since and is currently working on the <br />Louisiana DOTD project. He has been working extensively in Washington and St. <br />Tammany Parishes while assigned to this project. Mr. Wilson also worked in commercial <br />construction for eleven years where he was an estimator of large scale projects as well as <br />supervisor of a large staff of skilled individuals. Mr. Wilson then went on to start his <br />own residential homebuilding company which he directed for seven years before joining <br />DRC in 2004. He attended the University of South Alabama and majored in Architecture. <br /> <br />Chuck Prieur is Project Manager and Estimator. Mr. Prieur has worked extensively in <br />East Baton Rouge, St. Tammany, St. Charles, and Plaquemines Parishes on the Hurricane <br />Katrina Louisiana DOTD project. He started his own business in 1985, with the <br />acquisition of a full service gas station. His business expanded to own and manage four <br />stations. Mr. Prieur served as a liaison to Shell Oil on Dealer Related Issues as well as <br />served as a consultant to Shell Oil for purposes of developing a new business model. He <br />also owned and managed a full service financial services company for six years. He <br />majored in accounting at the University of Louisiana-Lafayette. He is certified in <br />Asbestos Supervision and N.LM.S. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Jennifer Peacock is Business Development Manager and North Florida Regional <br />Manager. She joined DRC in 2004 and assists with the Business Development and client <br />relations throughout the South. Jennifer represents DRC at conferences, post-project <br />reviews, and other various functions in addition to promoting, researching, and <br />developing various business opportunities for the company. After Hurricane Katrina, she <br />worked in Louisiana as part of the initial entry team setting up logistics and coordinating <br />human and material resources. Prior to Hurricane Wilma making landfall, she was <br />deployed to Florida to assist with the development and securing of contracts. Before <br />joining DRC, Ms. Peacock worked for seven years in the brokerage industry, directing <br />Fixed Income/Capital Markets for four years, executing trades in various markets <br />including US Agencies, Corporate, Mortgage-Backed Securities, and Short-Term Money <br />Market Securities. She is a licensed stockbroker with the National Association of <br />Securities Dealers (NASD) and registered with the Securities Exchange Commission <br />(SEC). Ms. Peacock also worked for three years in the U.S. Equity Markets with a <br />national brokerage firm and was a member of an international advisory group. She <br />graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a B.S. in Finance. She is <br />certified in Asbestos Supervision and N.LM.S. <br /> <br />Q <br /> <br />Steven James, Program Director, is responsible for proposal and contract documentation. <br />Mr. James has 10 years experience at Tulane University as an assistant dean and <br />administrator, where he oversaw orientation, awards, and grants programs, and was <br />responsible for the college's publications and marketing materials. Mr. James also <br />oversaw public affairs, external and student relations, and wrote grant and development <br />proposals for Tulane. He earned an M.A. (1990) and an M.PhiL (1992) from Yale <br />University and a B.A.( 1989) from Louisiana State University, all in history. He is <br />certified in Asbestos Supervision and is contractor's license qualifier in Louisiana, <br />Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, South Carolina, and Virginia. <br /> <br />7 <br />
