LLC. <br /> <br />The following is a list of the litigation and arbitration claims involving DRC Emergency <br />Services, LLC, of which I, as General Counsel for many years, am aware of, as of this <br />date: <br /> <br />1. Ybarzabal v. LADOT. DRC, et al: 2006 suit filed in the 22/1d District Court <br />of St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana (2006: 1 0183) against DRC Emergency Services, LLC <br />and others. It is alleged that a third tier subcontractor negligently directed traffic causing <br />an accident. Insurance of one or more of the subcontractors is defending and <br />indemnifying DRCES. <br /> <br />() <br /> <br />2. American Amphibious Equipment & RentaL Inc. v. Brookhaven Maintenance <br />South Contract Corp. CDP. DRC. et al: 2007 suit filed in 25th District Court of <br />Plaquemines Parish, LA (No. 55-252). Suit by equipment supplier of a sub of a <br />subcontractor. Immediate subcontractor is defending pursuant to an indemnity <br />agreement.
