<br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />G <br /> <br />from the debris stream at the curbside, prior to the recovery of other debris and sorting and <br />additional recovery of HTW within each TDSR site. Recovered HTW is removed to a proper <br />disposal site or temporarily stored in the HTW disposal areas constructed within each TOSR site <br />as required. HTW must be collected, handled and disposed of by specially trained HAZMA T <br />technicians. In addition, ORC may utilize national or regional firms who are fully licensed and <br />accredited to manage, handle and dispose of HTW. These firms may be utilized by ORC and/or <br />ORC Environmental, Inc. for professional and immediate HTW recovery support on an <br />emergency basis. <br /> <br />E. Asbestos Containing Materials <br /> <br />Known or suspect asbestos containing material will besegregated from other debris and handled <br />only by licensed and certified asbestos contractor/supervisors, of which ORC has 5 on staff. <br />ACMs will be encapsulated for hauling, typically in a "burrito" style containment or wrap, and <br />brought directly to an asbestos accepting disposal facility. <br /> <br />In sum, all special wastes will be handled according to the removal and disposal specifications of <br />the GOVERNMENT and will confonn to all local, state, and federal environmental, legal, and <br />transportation regulations and will be performed only by licensed, certified, and otherwise <br />properly credentialed personnel and/or subcontractors. <br /> <br />DEBRIS REMOVAL FIELD PERSONNEL <br /> <br />FIELD SUPERVISORS/CREW FOREMEN - Field supervisors will report to the senior field <br />supervisor. All supervisors will be responsible to ensure work is conducted only in those areas <br />designated by the government. Supervisors will not allow work to commence in additional areas <br />until directed by government task order. Supervisors shall be responsible for the safety of all <br />personnel and equipment. Supervisors will be responsible for collection of daily personnel and <br />equipment time logs, and their distribution to the Company designated representative with a copy <br />given to the government. Crew foremen will report to their designated supervisor. Foremen <br />will be responsible to ensure work assignments received from their supervisor are completed to <br />the requirements of the government task order. Foremen will be responsible for maintaining the <br />daily personnel and equipment time logs. <br /> <br />MAINTENANCE/FUEL VEHICLES AND PERSONNEL - Maintenance/fuel vehicles will be <br />assigned and manned as needed to provide an adequate supply of fuel to maintain equipment <br />operations. Maintenance/fuel vehicles will be assigned and manned as needed to provide all <br />required field maintenance to ensure equipment operations. <br /> <br />HAND CREWS - 1 - 2 laborers with sufficient hand tools will accompany each piece of heavy <br />equipment where necessary. <br /> <br />DEBRIS HAULING <br /> <br />Debris hauling will consist of 2 distinct operations as follows: <br /> <br />27 <br />
