<br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />5) Daily and cumulative hours for each piece of equipment and crew (Emergency Clearance) <br />6) List of roads that were cleared (Emergency Clearance) <br />7) Number of Crews (including number of trucks and loading equipment) <br />8) Daily and cumulative totals of debris removed, by category <br />9) Daily and cumulative totals of debris processed, to include methodes) of processing and <br />disposallocation(s) <br />10) Daily estimate of hazardous waste debris segregated, and cumulative amount of hazardous <br />waste placed in the designated holding area <br />11) Number of hazardous trees and hanging limbs removed. <br />12) Problems encountered or anticipated <br /> <br />Typically, Daily Reports are co-signed by the governing entity's inspector to verify work <br />performed. In addition, the governing entity receives an original copy of all load tickets and <br />receives and verifies for co-signature, a Daily Reconciliation Sheet listing each load ticket, the <br />truck number, crew number, street, truck volume, percent full, credited volume of debris <br />removed and the total volume removed for the day. This Daily Reconciliation Sheet is typically <br />verified by the governing entity and becomes the invoicing document for the Contract. <br /> <br />Preparing and Submitting Federal/State Project Work Sheets <br /> <br />ORC ES can assist the Government entity in completing any and all fonns necessary for <br />reimbursements from state or federal agencies relating to eligible costs arising out of the disaster <br />recovery effort. This may include, but is not limited to, the timely completion and submittal of <br />reimbursement requests, preparation, and submittal of any and all necessary cost substantiations <br />and preparing replies to any and all agency requests, inquiries or potential obligations, denials or <br />de-obligations. <br /> <br />Knowledge of CFR 44 <br /> <br />Since it's inception in 1989, DRC's senior management personnel have gained a vast knowledge <br />of the basic policies and procedures of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR 44) as it relates to <br />Federal Emergency Management Agency's mission. These policies and procedures have been <br />incorporated into ORC and ORC ES's various corporate Debris Management plans and guides to <br />ensure compliance with the latest FEMA guidelines. <br /> <br />FEMA Technical Management Training <br /> <br />ORC and/or ORC ES have on staff, or available through its extensive Reservist/Consultant <br />Personnel Database, qualified personnel who are available to assist any client with Exercises, <br />Plans Fonnulation, or Training of Government personnel on eligibility issues, reimbursement <br />procedures, documentation, etc. ORC will provide regular annual or more frequent training and <br />feedback sessions to the government as a service at no additional cost to the County.
