<br />SECTION 00020 <br /> <br />NOTICE TO BIDDERS <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY COMMISSION of THE CITY OF SUNNY <br />ISLES BEACH is seeking sealed bids for the following work as specified. <br /> <br />City Hall Improvements <br />Cubellis Project No. 070662FLAR <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach Bid No. 08-05-02 <br /> <br />Sealed bids for the construction of the: <br /> <br />1. New storefront glass enclosure for existing east stair, 1 st floor. <br />2. New concrete roof over existing Post office, 1 st floor. <br />3. New vestibule entrance for existing Council Chambers, 1 st floor. <br />4. New storefront glass in front of existing elevator doors, 2nd floor. <br />5. New floor drains installed into existing concrete slab, 3rd floor. <br />6. New galvanized steel canopy over exiting elevator doors, 3rd floor. <br />7. New entrance into existing building, connecting 3rd floor parking with 3rd floor offices. <br />8. New entrance into existing Generator Room, 1st floor. <br /> <br />will be received by the Owner, City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br /> <br />Bids shall be on a unit price basis; segregated bids will not be accepted. Sealed bids <br />will be received by the City Clerk until 10:45 am, Monday, May 19, 2008 at the City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach, City Hall located at 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, <br />Florida, 33160. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Bids submitted <br />will be opened publicly and read aloud at this time. <br /> <br />A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for 11:00 am, Wednesday, May 7, <br />2008 at the City of Sunny Isles Beach, City Hall located at 18070 Collins Avenue, <br />Sunny Isles Beach, Florida 33160, (305) 947-0606. <br /> <br />Bidders may obtain complete sets of Bidding Documents from the City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach at 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida 33160 at no cost.
