<br />Instructions to Bidders - continued <br />Bid on Bleacher, Park and Playground Equipment, MCSD No. II-OOI4-MR <br /> <br />V ARlANCE TO BID DOCUMENTS: For the purpose of bid evaluation, bidders must clearly <br />stipulate any or all variances to the bid documents or specifications, no matter how slight. If <br />variations are not stated in the vendor's bid proposal, it shall be construed that the bid proposal <br />submitted fully complies in every respect with our bid documents. <br /> <br />NO BIDS: If a quotation is not made, it is imperative for future consideration on bids and quotes <br />that the "Statement of No Bid" form enclosed herewith be completed and returned. Otherwise, a <br />no response will be interpreted as indicating the vendor does not desire to do business with the <br />School District of Manatee County and the companv name will be removed from our Bid <br />Mailing List. <br /> <br />BIDDER'S ERRORS: Where unit price and total price cannot be reconciled, the quoted unit <br />price shall govern. Where numerical price and written price cannot be reconciled, the written <br />price shall govern. No submissions or amendments made after bid or proposal opening shall be <br />considered. <br /> <br />BID RENEWAL: By mutual consent of the School District of Manatee County and the <br />successful bidder(s), this contract may be renewed or renegotiated for two (2) additional one year <br />periods. <br /> <br />BID TABULATIONS: After approval by the School District of Manatee County, bid tabulations <br />will be available for review on the same Web Site from which you obtained this bid, <br />(www.manatee.kI2.f1.us/purchase) Awarded Bids. <br /> <br />NOTICE OF INTENT TO A WARD BIDS: Once bids are evaluated and a recommendation for <br />award is received by the Purchasing Department, a Notice oflntent to Award will be posted on <br />the Purchasing Web Site. The recommendation for award is not official until this notice is <br />posted.
