CorP.: <br /> <br />1. I was reviewing the quantities on the bid schedule versus the plans and found a <br />difference in quantity for the Phoenix roebelinii (Pygmy Date Palm). The bid <br />schedule calls for 20 and the plans show a quantity of 35. Will a new bid <br />schedule be issued or would you like us to just cross it off and correct it? Thank <br />you for your time and have a great day. <br /> <br />There are (20) Phoenix mebelinli on the Bid Schedule as weil as the plan. We do not <br />see the discrepancy. We noticed a typo on one of the pian sheets and have added Item <br />#3 to the Addendum (see pg. 1 of this document). <br /> <br />Questions from Vila and Son: <br /> <br />1. Page L-4 Is it necessary to concrete encase boxes that are in grass area what is <br />the dimension of concrete collar? <br /> <br />Page L-4, the concrete slab is 5'-0" x 5'-0", per FOOT Standard Index 17500, <br />sheet 2. <br /> <br />2. Page L-16 Are we using spread foundation as shown on our project I all poles <br />are in grass covered areas? <br /> <br />Page L-16, ail proposed poles have a spread foundation per sheet L-16. The <br />poles are located in the proposed sidewalk. <br /> <br />3. L-5 Note is requiring to remove existing pole. Do we do anything with concrete <br />pole base? ~ <br /> <br />Page L-5, the base as well as all salvageable materials are to be delivered to <br />Miami-Dade County Traffic Signals and Signs Division, per general note 9 in' <br />sheet L-3. Note that Pay Item 715-4-600, Light Pole complete (Remove), refers <br />also to the concrete foundation that is to be removed and disposed of properly <br />for all the existing poles removed. <br />
