Box 8900 Jupiter, FL 33458 To the Town of Jupiter Utility Services, I wanted to send my thanks for the amazing job your team did on the Heights i neighborhood water drainage project. Not only did I find the members of your tbam to be providing a very high quality of work, but they were remarkably efficient as well. My wife and I live on Adams Street in the North Palm Beach Heights and have bieen here close to eight years now. With canals running along two sides of our house, we ch-e very interested in making sure heavy rains and flood water will properly be managed. ' As someone with an engineering background who works primarily from home, I [was able to monitor your work very closely from start to finish on my street. During this process, I interacted with various Town of Jupiter service personnel, contractors and worKers. Whether it was replacing driveways, moving greenery, managing sprinklers or laying sod, I was extremely impressed with the high quality we as homeowners were receiving and the exceptional speed it was done in. I would like to give particular praise to three individuals who I really believe were really on their game at all times through this process. Those individuals are Rodney CaP-oIl and Mark Molina (both from the Town of Jupiter) as well as Ron Boehl (from Green! Construction Tech). These guys did a great job balancing high-quality drainage swales for our streets and keeping inconvenienced residents satisfied. Rodney and Mark were very sharp guys who worked hard to do this project right: They had detailed answers & options to my design and implementation questions along the way. These guys pleasantly surprised me with how deeply they understood their job and its importance in the bigger picture.
