City of Sunny Isles Beach Public Works Department <br />. Miami-Dade County DERM Tree Removal Permit <br />. Any required Miami Dade County Public Works Lighting Permits <br /> <br />6.2.1 The Contractor shall apply for the permits in accordance with the standard City procedures. The <br />City will waive all City fees associated with the Public Works Permit. <br /> <br />6.2.2 The Contractor shall be responsible to pay for all other permit fees required for the project as <br />listed above. Permit fees shall not be directly invoiced to the City. <br /> <br />6.2.3 Should there be an impact fee associated with the required permits not issued by the City, the <br />Contractor shall pay for the impact fee and then straight bill the City. No provision of mark up <br />shall be allowed. <br /> <br />6.2.4 Should there be a question of permit fee verses impact fee, the City shall determine the <br />application of reimbursement, without recourse by the Contractor. <br /> <br />END OF SECTION <br /> <br />PAGE 38 OF 130 <br />BID No. 08-10-01 <br />
