The quantities established are for <br />the purposes of evaluating Bids and establishing unit prices for change orders should the scope of Work <br />change during the production of the Project. The 2009 FDOT Basis of Estimates Manual was used in <br />determining the method of documenting design quantities, as well as selection criteria, for construction <br />pay items for projects within FDOT rights-of-way.
