<br />19.16.3 <br /> <br />Qualification of the SFM Team <br /> <br />SFM's team is composed of highly motivated, trained, and experienced <br />personnel. The SFM team has the following certifications and credentials: <br /> <br />./ Certified Arborists <br /> <br />./ M.O.T. (Maintenance of Traffic) Certified <br /> <br />./ Licensed in Clearing & Grubbing <br /> <br />./ Licensed Herbicide Applicators <br /> <br />./ Horticultural Certifications <br /> <br />./ Tree Trimmer Licensed <br /> <br />('1.1" I 1111 I) <br />..\ I' I), <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />lSA. <br /> <br />Jose M. Infante, President of SFM Services, Inc. has thirty-four (34) years of <br />experience in the landscape industry. He is also a certified arborist. Mr. Infante is <br />qualified and experienced in all aspects of landscape services. <br /> <br />Rodney McNeil, Athletic Fields Specialist. Mr. McNeil has three years of <br />agronomy related studies. He has been directly involved in all of all phases of golf <br />course construction from land clearing through turf grass establishment. He is a <br />member of the Florida Turf Grass Association, Florida Golf Course <br />Superintendents Association, and the Golf Course Superintendents Associations of <br />America. He has been a member of the SFM team for over 3 years. <br /> <br />Giovanni Lignarolo, Director of Landscape Operations has ten (10) years of <br />experience in the landscape industry, M.O.T. certified and certified in Horticultural <br />Studies. Mr. Lignarolo dispatches on a daily basis over ninety (90) landscapers. <br />During Disaster Recovery projects Giovanni assigns crews and proper equipment <br />(bucket trucks, stump grinders, self loaders, etc.) accordingly to each municipality. <br /> <br />Ralph Urrutia, Project Manager has over seven (07) years of experience in the <br />landscape industry. Mr. Urrutia oversees all landscape and irrigation installation <br />jobs. Currently he is overseeing 18 month project at the Miami Metro Zoo. <br /> <br /> <br />Christian Infante, Vice President has eight (08) years of <br />experience in landscape management. Mr. Infante has a <br />Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing & Management <br />from Florida International University (FIU), and a certified <br />arborist with the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) <br />and M.O.T.
