Commission and or monthly rental rate to the City <br />Each firm shall submit in their proposal a flat percentage on all gross sales to be paid to <br />the City on a monthly basis and or a Flat monthly fee to be paid to the City or a <br />combination of the two. <br /> <br />6. References <br />Each Proposer must submit a list of three (3) references of Current and Past Customers <br />of which they have provided services similar in scope and size of those described herein. <br />· Each Reference must be supplied on Clients Letterhead <br />· Each Reference letter must be signed with contact person and phone number. <br /> <br />The City retains the right to request any additional information pertaining to the <br />Proposer's ability, qualifications, and procedures used to accomplish all work under the <br />contract as it deems necessary to ensure safe and satisfactory work. <br /> <br />7.
