We hold its management in the highest regard. <br />The Haskell Company has performed a wide variety of projects including design build, federal work, school <br />projects, medical facilities, and various other commercial and government work. We have had the privilege <br />of providing The Haskell Company with bonds in the low nine-figure range, while their work program was in <br />the moderate nine-figure range. <br /> <br />For qualification purposes, we are favorably considering providing the performance and payment bonds for <br />the captioned project. <br /> <br />Naturally, Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America and Fidelity and Deposit Company of <br />Maryland reserve the right to underwrite each surety obligation individually at the time bid or final bonds are <br />required. We also expect that the execution of any final bonds would be subject to a review of the final <br />contract terms, conditions and financing by our client and ourselves. <br /> <br />We confirm that Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America and Fidelity and Deposit Company of <br />Maryland carry Best Ratings of A+YJ.V and ~ respectively. In addition, the sureties are listed with the <br />United States Department of Treasury's Listing of approved sureties and properly licensed to conduct <br />business in the State of Florida. <br /> <br />The terms of this letter are valid for a period of six months.
