Fastest Possible Delivery of the Parking Garage - We understand you need your new garage as quickly as possible to start generating revenue for the City. In partnership with you and your design team, Haskell will evaluate the fastest structural system for delivering the parking garage. You can be parking cars in your garage by March of 2010. Please see section 1 for more detailed information regarding our proposed schedule and section 3 for our mobilization schedule. 2. The Right Price - Using only competent, proven Subcontractors in our proposal, you can be certain you will get a quality project, which will run smooth, safe, and done right the first time. Real Value Engineering Solutions - In addition to our construction management services, Haskell is an expert designer of parking garages. Our in-house design staff and construction professionals have evaluated your design and made recommendations to save time and achieve your goal of getting a great product at a good price. Parking Garage and Public Park Expertise - Typically, condominium builders are not parking garage builders. Haskell has completed in excess of 50 parking garages and several public parks so you can be confident both will be completed by competent professionals. 5.
