Haskell <br />suggests 270 calendar days for Phase I (Parking Garage) as the contract time in the <br />Agreement and an additional 129 calendar days for Phase II (The Park). Of this, we will <br />require three weeks of mobilization for Phase I. The activities are schedule in work- <br />days. Our approach allows for normal inclement weather should it be required. <br />
