In submitting this Bid, Bidder agrees that he is familiar with federal, state, and locallas and regulations. The Bidder understands that the right is reserved by the Owner to reject or accept any or all of the Bid Alternates, If Bidder is notified of the acceptance of this Bid within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliver an Agreement and furnish the required performance and payment bonds for not less than 100% of the total contract sum, and furnish required evidence of the specified insurance requirements within (7) days after the Agreement is presented to him for signature.
