The City of Sunny Isles <br />wants a beautiful new parking garage and park - fast. No one has more <br />experience than Haskell. Here is why: <br /> <br />1. The City can count on Haskell's ability to deliver the project quickly. <br />Haskell completed the 1400 space Fidelity National Financial parking <br />garage in only 7 months. <br />3. The scale, proportion, brick, precast and metal work <br />were designed to match that of the nearby Jacksonville Veterans Memorial <br />Arena. Built in conjunction with another garage for the City of Jacksonville, <br />Haskell delivered both garages at a cost savings of $1 ,955,382 below the <br />original budget. One structure involved a 2-level addition to a parking structure <br />adding 464 spaces with a 43,000 s.f. attached office. The second structure is <br />a 4-level, 551-space garage and the third is a 3-level, 634 space garage. All <br />garages are built of precast. Owner contact: Joseph Folino, University of <br />Miami (305) 284-6728 <br /> <br /> <br />Port of Miami Parking Garage <br />Haskell completed a six-level parking garage at the Port of Miami to <br />accommodate cruise terminal passengers and Port employees. The precast <br />structure included four new elevators, a new transformer vault, future office <br />shell space, parking controls, security systems, landscaping and irrigation. <br />Maintenance of traffic, coordination with Port users, and passenger safety <br />at the Port were a primary focus throughout construction.
