<br />· The Submissions shall be prima facie evidence that the contractor has full knowledge of the <br />scope, nature, quantity and quality of work to be performed; the detailed requirements of <br />the specifications; and the conditions under which the work is to be performed. <br />· The contractors shall furnish the City with such additional information as the City may <br />reasonably require. <br />· Under no circumstance should any prospective contractor or anyone acting on their behalf, <br />seek to influence or to gain the support of any member of the City Commission or City <br />Staff favorable to the interest of the prospective contractor.
