<br />Bill will be responsible for the overall supervision and control
<br />of all construction project activities; evaluating and maintain-
<br />ing project progress for profitability and timeliness; coordi-
<br />nating concerns of customers, architects, and subcontrac-
<br />tors; ~ey mat.erial and equipment pro~urement; ensuring
<br />compliance with safety standards, and Implementing com-
<br />pany policies and procedures. Assists and reports to the
<br />Project Manager in managing, monitoring and supervising
<br />field activities.

<br />EXPERIENCE
<br />Bill has over 33 years experience in construction, with a
<br />heavy emphasis on commercial and educational facilities in
<br />South Florida. He has extensive experience working at com-
<br />mercial, multi-story facilities such as the Heritage Parking
<br />Garage, as well as acres of development of spots fields and
<br />playgrounds for Miami-Dade County Public Schools giving
<br />him an edge with issues that this project can present dur-
<br />ing const~uction. Bill was the superintendent in charge of the
<br />construct/on of the Jackson Memorial Hospital North Parking
<br />Garage, a 5 story pre-cast facility very similar to the Heritage
<br />Parking Garage.

<br />Extension Just west of Palmetto Expwy, the 22nd station in
<br />the Metrorail system.

<br />this $~ 8 ~illi00 proj~ct consiste~ of a new Parking Garage,
<br />5 stories In height with the capacity to expand 2 more stories
<br />for a total of 7. This creative engineering allowing for future
<br />growth required over 700 piles and more than 60 pile caps.

<br />includes the following: 1993 to Present MCM, Superintendent
<br />
<br />Sunny Isles Beach Community K-8 Center, Sunny Isles,
<br />FL - CM-at-Risk of a new Multi-story K-8 Facility designed
<br />to house 1,642 student stations, on 2.1 acres One of the
<br />key components of the project was a multi-story parking
<br />garage constructed on pilings and grade beams in a coastal
<br />environment. The parking garage included an elevator and
<br />occupied areas at ground level, with physical education and
<br />custodial uses.
