Following <br />short-term employment with the California Department <br />of Water Resources in the dam design section and a <br />Sacramento, California based geotechnical firm, he joined <br />Dames & Moore in 1967 as a staff engineer. <br /> <br />Overthe next 22 years heworked forthatfirm as a geotechnical <br />engineer both domestically and internationally while taking <br />on assignments of greater and greater complexity as he was <br />gradually promoted and ultimately admitted as a partner <br />to the firm. Mr. Tepper joined Dunkelberger Engineering <br />& Testing, Inc. (Dunkelberger) in 1995 after five years of <br />employment with Jammal & Associates, Inc.
