Zurich American <br />Insurance Company has an A.M. Best Rating of A XV and a US Treasury listing of $607,756,000 and is <br />a surety company licensed to transact business in the State of Florida. <br /> <br />Zurich American Insurance Company will consider providing bonds for MCM up to $100,000,000 for <br />any single project and an aggregate program of $400,000,000. <br /> <br />Please understand that our ability to provide any surety credit is based upon normal and standard <br />underwriting criteria applied at the time of their request.
