<br />General Manaaer: Thomas Thornton <br /> <br />As the owner and qualifier for the Company, Tom routinely meets weekly with <br />project manages and attends milestone construction meetings throughout the <br />construction process. He provides valuable insight in construction scheduling <br />and logistics plans and provides the PMs with direction and support. As a <br />commissioner of the Village of Key Biscayne and has a great appreciation for the <br />fiscal constraints and scrutiny that municipal projects face and understands the <br />pressures that Department Directors encounter. He has differentiated his <br />company by encouraging transparency at all levels to insure integrity throughout <br />the process and works with his clients to overcome challenges. As the team <br />owner he is ultimately responsible for the outcome of every undertaking and he <br />encourages his members to seek out innovation and share the lessons learned <br />from every success and failure with other teammates to insure continued <br />success. Tom is a certified general contractor and LEED AP Certified. <br /> <br />Project Executive: Felipe Laserna <br /> <br />Felipe Laserna is a licensed General Contractor and LEEP AP Certified with over <br />15 years of experience managing commercial, governmental, airport and medical <br />facilities. He has been with Thornton Construction for ten years and has <br />managed over $100 million worth of projects for the company. With his <br />experience in managing large projects in large oriented facility environments, <br />such as Miami International Airport, Jackson Memorial Hospital and many <br />governmental facilities, and ability to motivate others, he is an effective Project <br />Executive. He manages all the company's project managers, through weekly <br />project manager meetings, he provides all the projects managers with <br />mentorship and support throughout the process. With the constant interaction <br />with management staff, he is able to insure that proper progress is being made <br />and provide valuable insight to insure that delays are avoided or minimized. He <br />has successfully supervised all of our ground up construction projects Thornton <br />Construction has delivered. <br /> <br />Project Manaaer: Ariel Restrepo <br /> <br />Ariel is a licensed General Contractor with 10+ years construction experience <br />managing a wide variety of commercial construction projects. He has a strong <br />background in contract negotiation, construction law and building codes. <br /> <br />Mr. Restrepo has reduced expenses and increased the efficiency of operations. <br />He has a vast knowledge of all facets of project lifecycle; from initial analysis, <br />estimating, logistics documentation and implementation. <br /> <br />Assistant Project Manaaer: Rod Nobreaa <br /> <br />Rod Nobrega, assists the project manager in the preparation of sub contractor <br />bids. He is responsible for tracking and tabulating sub-contractor bids for project <br /> <br />Thornton Construction Company, Inc <br />
