<br />'-MORIARTY <br /> <br />S1 Our Project Team <br /> <br />Should JMA be ultimately selected, we would propose a staff that not only has the necessary <br />project experience, but a staff that is also familiar with the City of Sunny Isles Beach operations <br />and procedures. JMA has constructed buildings all along Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach <br />over the last 14 years and we have numerous personnel on staff that has the expertise and <br />experience to build the Garage and Heritage Park. Their past experience and commitment to <br />success will allow them to form a technically knowledgeable, quality conscious team that will <br />anticipate and solve problems proactively to mitigate potential delays. We also have LEED <br />accredited professionals on staff to evaluate green alternatives. <br /> <br />61 Project Team Oraanization <br /> <br />JMA will commit principal level involvement from John Leete who has was part of the initial <br />start up of the Florida office and has been instrumental in its growth thru today. Mr. Leete will <br />be heavily involved with the initial preconstruction efforts, decision making and exploring <br />technical alternatives, and be a part of monthly management meetings to ensure the project <br />goals are being addressed. <br /> <br />Robert Nordling is proposed to be the Project Executive and he has been managing the <br />Trump Towers projects in Sunny Isles Beach since 2006. Mr. Nordling will be responsible for <br />overall project management, scheduling, safety, quality control, submittals and superintendent <br />operations. He will be overseeing the day to day management of the project and addressing all <br />issues during the course of the project. <br /> <br />Brad Cochran is proposed to be the Project Manager and would be responsible for managing <br />the day to day construction and ensuring all engineering, documentation and scheduling is <br />adhered to as well as being a liaison with the City team. Mr. Cochran has experience in Sunny <br />Isles on the Ocean IV and Town Center Park projects. <br /> <br />Raul Perez is proposed to be the Project Superintendent and he would be responsible for <br />directing and scheduling subcontractor's work, conducting weekly subcontractor meetings, <br />ensuring safety is being adhered to, quality standards are being met and that inspections are <br />being performed to support the schedule. He has experience in Sunny Isles on Ocean IV and <br />Town Center Park. <br /> <br />Francesco Flores is proposed to be the Project Engineer and he would be responsible for <br />documentation control, quality control inspections & maintaining the record drawings. He has <br />experience in Sunny Isles on the Ocean Four and Trump One, Two and Three projects. <br />
