He handles client relations, design and value, <br />engineering, negotiating subcontracts and change orders, scheduling, <br />quality control, safety management as well as staff hiring and training. <br /> <br />Mr. Nordling joined Moriarty Associates in 2005. Since then, he has <br />provided supervision and project management services on several <br />projects, including: <br /> <br />. Trump Tower I, II, III, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Luxury hi-rise <br />condominiums; 43 story towers, 813 units; $330 million. <br />. Beach Club II Townhomes, Hallandale Beach, Florida. 3 Unit <br />Conversion of restaurant space; $3 million. <br />. Beach Club III, Hallandale Beach, Florida. Luxury hi-rise <br />condominium; 43 story, 389 units; $78 million. <br /> <br />Prior to joining Moriarty, Robert worked on the following projects: <br /> <br />. 310 MGD Newton Creek WPCF in Brooklyn, New York; $493M <br />Coordination and buildout of a state-of-the-art laboratory, odor <br />control system and equipment installation for monitoring process <br />and effluent parameters in accordance with NYCDEP and EPA <br />requirements. Coordinated instrumentation, process piping and <br />software programming of plantwide instrumentation and controls <br />for active monitoring of treatment parameters. <br /> <br />. Phase I upgrade construction of the 23-MGD Somerset Raritan <br />Valley Sewerage Authority Wastewater Treatment Plant in <br />Bridgewater, New Jersey; $17 million. <br /> <br />. 53 MGD Water Pollution Control Facility upgrade and expansion <br />project in Waterbury, Connecticut; $100 million. <br />Served as Assistant Resident Engineer for the Water Pollution <br />Control Facility Upgrade and expansion Project. Part of this project <br />was coordination and buildout of a state of the art Laboratory, odor <br />control system and equipment installation for monitoring process <br />and effluent parameters in accordance with CTDEP and EPA <br />requirements.
