<br />Joe Rodriguez, Project Superintendent
<br />
<br />Joe Rodriguez serves as a Superintendent for KMI Plaza with over 18 years of experience in the construction
<br />industry, As a Superintendent, Mr. Rodriguez's overall responsibility is to supervise quality and efficient oper-
<br />ations. He works closely with the General Superintendent and Project Manager to coordinate and sequence
<br />each phase of the construction, while familiarizing himself with the specifications and contract documents.
<br />His daily responsibility include tracking and expediting materials required to maintain the project schedule
<br />as well as monitoring shop drawings and the approval process, preparing daily activity reports, maintaining
<br />concrete and reinforcing logs and organizing weekly site safety meetings. His parking structure experience
<br />includes those at the Carillon, The W Hotel, including a 400' vehicular tunnel, and the Mandarin Oriental to
<br />name a few.

<br />As a Senior Project Manager for KM/Plaza, Mr. Fernandez is responsible daily for over seeing construction
<br />operations, contract administration and construction documentation for the entire project, He works close-
<br />ly with the owners and representatives and has overall responsibility to coordinate and sequence each phase
<br />of construction. He serves as a liaison between clients and coordinates on-and-off site communication
<br />between sub-contractors and consultant teams.

<br />Mr. Fernandez earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Managenent from Florida International University,
