Our team is very interested in working closely with you and your design consultants to manage the <br />successful implementation of this project. We are in receipt of all Addendums posted and adhere to their direction for <br />this Request for Qualifications. <br /> <br />As you know, I am very familiar with working for the City of Sunny Isles Beach, as I was intimatelv involved with the <br />desian and construction of all asoects of vour Government Center and Garaae project while employed in an executive <br />position with another firm. Because of my personal commitment and oversight, and excellent communications with <br />the staff at the City, your facility was completed in budget and ahead of schedule. During the time of <br />development, I was able to forge solid relationships with key members of your staff and design team led by Larry <br />Kline of Spillis Candela DMJM. <br /> <br />In addition, I never walked away from the job even after final payment, frequently cheCking in with your staff to <br />ensure the building was functioning as expected. I always made myself available and still stop by regularly to check <br />in with your staff. You have my personal guarantee that the City will receive this same ongoing attention from me <br />and the staff at Moss.
