August 2005 - May 2006: Superintendent for Design-Build Municipal Parking Garage NO.9 for the City of Miami Parking Authority in Miami, Florida; 350 Car Parking Garage with 25,000 SF Retail Shops. Project Value is $5.6 Million. December 2004 - August 2005, Superintendent for the West Perrine Park: One 5,400 SF Recreation Center with a 68 space parking lot, one 900 SF Picnic Shelter, ancillary system of concrete walkways and various modifications to existing baseball field. Project valued at $2.0 Million July 2004 - December 2004, Superintendent for the Apogee Marketing Center in Miami Beach for the Related Group, a fast track project. High end finishes valued at $1.1 Million. January 2004 - July 2004, Superintendent for the Ocean Beach Resort in Miami Beach, 20 story hotel with parking and amenities. Site preparation and piling phase of the project. September 2003 - January 2004, Superintendent for the OBR Retrofit in Miami Beach.
