INC. <br /> <br />Pursuant to and in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders, the undersigned, hereinafter called the <br />"Bidder", having visited the site of the proposed Project and having become familiar with local conditions, <br />nature and extent of the work and having examined carefully the Drawings and Project Manual prepared by <br />Spillis Candela DMJM, hereby offers to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment and other items, <br />facilities and services necessary or proper for or incidental to complete Bid items within the times indicated <br />in this Bid Form and as required by and in strict accordance with all requirements and provisions listed <br />in Article 2 - The Work of this Contract, of the Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and <br />Contractor, AlA document AlOl-2007. <br /> <br />In submitting this Bid, Bidder agrees that he is familiar with federal, state and local laws and regulations. <br />The Bidder understands that the right is reserved by the Owner to reject or accept any or all of the Bid <br />Items. If Bidder is notified of acceptance of the Bid within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, the <br />undersigned agrees to execute and deliver an Agreement in the prescribed form and furnish the required <br />performance and payment bonds for not less than 100% of the total contract sum, and furnish required <br />evidence of the specified insurance requirements within seven (7) days after the Agreement is presented to <br />him for signature.
