<br />,Bill will provide overall project management for the Heritage Park and Parking ,Garage project and make sure that all
<br />owner budget requirements, construction documents, specifications and schedule are met and adhered to. With a 15+
<br />year career in the construction iridustry, he .is a highry qualified construction professional with hands-on experience in
<br />'managing ground-up building developments, as well as expansions and renovations. He will assist with LEED@
<br />requirements, Value Engineering options, constructability analysis, schedule acceleration, and quality assurance.

<br />participated in construction of the company's most challenging and exciting projects. His overall construction
<br />experience spans over 35 years. Clients admire his commitment to quality 'and service standards, his attention to detail
<br />and his ability to get the job done right and on schedule under the most difficult circumstances. As a general
