Gary's Naval construction experience and knowledge of maritime localities and conditions make this project a perfect match. Among other projects, Gary is leading the project team on the City of Coral Springs Public Safety Complex Renovation and Fire Station 80 Construction-LEED Silver. He has completed over 18 parks and recreational facilities as part of larger projects throughout South Florida. Bill Oakman, Project Manager, has 37 years of construction management experience including the high profile Young Circle ArtsPark and Visual Arts Building for the City of Hollywood and Sugar Sand Park in Boca Raton. Both projects include pavilions, playground equipment, interactive water features, water fountain, recreational equipment, exercise trails and an interactive water playground. Bill Page. Superintendent. has 29 years of construction management experience. His experience includes various parking garage and recreational projects. He has successfully completed the FlU 5 level Parking Garage, Midport 6 level Parking Garage at Port Everglades and the Terminal 29 Expansion including precast 2 level driveway ramp as well as the 6 level Northport Parking Garage Ramps at the Broward County Convention Center.
