SIMILAR PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br /> <br />Young Circle ArtsPark <br />Hollywood, Florida <br /> <br /> <br />The ArtsPark at Young Circle in Hollywood is a unique concept designed to merge art and <br />nature.The City of Hollywood developed ArtsPark using the existing 11,45 acres known as <br />Young Circle Park located in the downtown area of Hollywood. The project is consists of <br />two Phases. Phase I addresses the park and site elements of the project. Among the <br />highlights of ArtsPark: two large water features; a geometric, tri-colored cast-in-place <br />sidewalk along the park perimeter; and an elaborate children's playground featuring German <br />equipment. Phase 2, the Visual Arts Building construction consists of a 28,130 square foot <br />Cultural Center which contains a metallurgy studio,glass working studio, high-bay artist and <br />teaching studio, exhibitions gallery, dance studio, administration and office area. The project <br />includes an outdoor amphitheater with cantilevered overhang to provide protection from <br />inclement weather. <br /> <br />Project Similarities: <br />.
