A statement of experience summarizing projects constructed under a similar development process <br />and a summary of what the Firm can "bring to the table" for the benefit of the City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach. <br /> <br />Bovis Lend Lease has the "in-house" capabilities to deliver complete preconstruction and value engi- <br />neering services before construction begins and the experience of having delivered over 200 parking <br />garage structures. Additionally, we have completed over $39 million of construction in Sunny Isles <br />Beach over the past several years. <br /> <br />Our University of Miami Clinical Research Building, Four Seasons Hotel and Tower, and Overtown <br />Transit Village projects all utilized a similar planning / staging scheme that Heritage Park will require. <br />Close coordination / collaboration with the city, designers and local community is a part of each of our <br />projects and will be essential when building on Collins Avenue. <br /> <br />Bovis Lend Lease will assure the City of Sunny Isles Beach that the creation of Heritage Park will not <br />impact the daily operation and quality of life of the businesses and citizens. This will be accom- <br />plished by maintaining close communications with.both the city and the local community. Bovis Lend <br />Lease will hold monthly Town Hall Meetings to keep the citizenry abreast of planned operations and <br />to hear any concems or ideas. <br /> <br />10. A statement addressing the Firm's present and projected workload and how this Project will be <br />scheduled within that workload. <br /> <br />Bovis Lend Lease presently is operating on three project sites with the anticipation of starting one <br />new project before the Heritage Park project kicks off.
