<br />1. History of the Firm:
<br />Link Construction Group was founded in 2001, by Guillermo Fernandez, President and Miguel Cerra,
<br />Vice President. Articles of Incorporation were filed April 16, 2001, with State of Florida. Key Manage-
<br />ment has grown to include Miguel Quesada, Director of Operations, Manny Fernandez, Chief Estima-
<br />tor, Orlando Ceballos, Pre-Construction and Post-Construction Management, as well as many other
<br />Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Assistant Estimators, Superintendents and Assistant
<br />Superintendents with over 200 combined years of experience in the construction industry.

<br />2. Anticipated Changes During the Project:
<br />We as a company do not anticipate any changes to take place over the course of this project.

<br />4. Location of Office that will involved during pre-construction and construction phases services:
<br />The location of the office will be at our corporate headquarters, 7003 N. Waterway Drive, Suite 218,
<br />Miami, FL 33155, for all pre-construction planning and phasing and construction phase. As well dur
<br />ing the construction phase, a jobsite trailer may be placed on site to facilitate accessibility to the site
<br />for our project manager and superintendent. We are dedicated to making the best choice in office
<br />location to best serve the project and the city.

<br />5. Contractor's Project Team:
<br />Please see attached employee spreadsheet, listing all current employees, years in title and years of
<br />construction experience. Key personnel for this project for the pre-construction phase will be: Gui
<br />lIermo Fernandez, Manny Fernandez and Orlando Ceballos. Key Personnel for this project during the
<br />construction phase, and for the course of this project will be: Guillermo Fernandez, Miguel Cerra,
<br />Miguel Quesada, Orlando Ceballos, and Ron Conn.

<br />6. Organization and Responsibility:
<br />Link Construction Group adopts a program of policies, procedures and responsibilities required to pro
<br />vide confidence with an eye on the desired characteristics that have been obtained to help ensure the
<br />project will perform its intended function for its design life. Quality control actions includes: examin
<br />ing, checking and inspecting in-process and completed work, and materials sampling and testing du
<br />ring production and construction, as a means of controlling and measuring the characteristics and con
<br />formity of an item, process, or feature to established requirements.

<br />8. Construction Scheduling:
<br />Effective governance of the project ultimately lies with the skill of our on-site staff to monitor and man
<br />age the schedule and control costs. Our project manager and superintendent are trained in the use of
<br />all software employed at Link and attend quarterly in-house staff meetings to learn and enforce the
<br />best practices from previous and current projects. Our Project Manager is held responsible for the
<br />schedule and reviews it with the Superintendent and the Director of Operations weekly, daily if
<br />needed.
