Hines, CMC, City Clerk <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />4/21/2011 <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />Approval of First Amendment to Agreement with Granicus for <br />Document/Webhosting, MinutesMaker, and Related Support Services <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />It is recommended that the City Commission adopt the Resolution approving the First <br />Amendment to Agreement with Granicus for Webhosting, MinutesMaker, and related <br />support services. <br /> <br />REASONS: <br /> <br />In September 2008 the City Commission approved an Agreement with MCCi and <br />Granicus for an automated agenda system including webhosting, minutesmaker, and <br />related support services. The system has proven to be very successful enabling the public <br />to get agenda documents from the City's website, and to observe a live telecast of the <br />City Commission Meeting. <br /> <br />The Granicus Agreement carries a monthly managed services fee in the amount of Nine <br />Hundred Fifty Four Dollars ($954.00). This Amendment enables Granicus to continue <br />with managed services, extending the term of the Agreement from September 19, 2010 <br />through September 18, 2012 in the same monthly amount of $954.00, for a total amount <br />of Twenty-Two Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-Six Dollars ($22,896.00). <br /> <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br /> <br />Funding for these managed services fees are available III Information Techology <br />Department Account No.1 0.559.5467. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />.
