<br />EXHIBIT "C" <br />Maintenance <br /> <br />1. All repair and maintenance of Traffic Safety Camera Program systems and <br />related equipment will be the sole responsibility of Vendor, including but not <br />limited to maintaining the casings of the cameras included in the Vendor <br />System and all other Equipment in reasonably clean and graffiti-free condition. <br /> <br />2. Vendor shall not open the Traffic Signal Controller Boxes without a <br />representative of Miami-Dade County Traffic Engineering present. <br /> <br />3. The provision of all necessary communication, broadband and telephone <br />services to the Designated Intersections will be the sole responsibility of the <br />Vendor. <br /> <br />4. The provision of all necessary electrical services to the Designated Intersections <br />will be the sole responsibility of the Vendor. <br /> <br />5. In the event that images of a quality suitable for the Authorized Employee to <br />identify Infractions cannot be reasonably obtained without the use of flash units, <br />Vendor shall provide and install such flash units. <br /> <br />6. The Vendor Project Manager (or a reasonable alternate) shall be available <br />to the City's Project Manager each day. <br /> <br />7. Vendor shall ensure that all equipment that it provides pursuant to this <br />Agreement meets the specifications, if any, adopted by the Florida Department of <br />Transportation pursuant to Florida Statute, Section 316.07456, by July 1, 2011. <br /> <br />Confidential <br />Page 12 of 16 <br /> <br />co"........, '...1,..,..
