The following is a breakdown of how the <br />staff is going to be assigned to the City of Sunny Isles Beach during the execution of project. <br /> <br />2 crews consisting of one operator and I Installer: <br />· Deliver and Install Signs. <br /> <br />I Floating Superintendent: Richard Yong, resume attached <br />· Quality Control, Operations Management, supervising and ensuring Underground utility locations. <br />Design and implement Maintenance of Traffic Operations, on an as needed basis, to ensure the safety of <br />the crews and the traveling public. <br /> <br />I Project Manager: Hector M. Ortiz, resume attached <br />· Coordination with the city, scheduling, and execute contract. <br /> <br />I Office Staff: <br />· Calling underground utilities to mark existing utilities in work zone. General office duties required for <br />the execution of contract <br /> <br />The following is a list of equipment that will be specifically assigned to the installation of fabricated <br />signs.
