Future site <br />improvements include recreational building, soccer fields, and basketball courts under <br />separate phase. Additional tasks include construction cost estimating, bidding and <br />coordination of the Waiver of Plat process. <br /> <br />. Red Road Linear Park, Pinecrest, FL <br />Project Manager for the design of a linear park within the right-of-way, and along-side the <br />Snapper Creek Canal, of historically designated Red Road. The project was commissioned <br />by the Village of Pinecrest on right-of-way owned and maintained by Miami-Dade County and <br />incorporated Bikeway 1 within the project. <br /> <br />. Larry and Penny Thompson Park, Miami-Dade County, FL <br />Civil Engineer-of-Record for various improvements at this 270-acre regional park. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Miami-Dade County Water and Sewer Department (MDWASD) Dual Water Main <br />Replacement Project, Miami-Dade County, FL <br />Serving as Project Manager for the development of a program for project management and <br />administration plan. The program consists of moving existing residential service connections <br />from MDWASD facilities, located within easements behind residential properties, to facilities <br />located within the public right-of-way. Tasks include coordination and communication with <br />various public and private entities, the general public, various county departments, and <br />various municipal building departments. <br /> <br />Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa Chilled Water System Design, City of Hollywood, FL <br />Serving as Project Manager for the design, permitting and construction of 2,800 L.F. of chilled <br />water supply and return mains. These mains shall interconnect the chilled water plant to the <br />resort facilities located across A 1 A and are proposed within FDOT right-of-way. Coordination <br />with FDOT is underway to obtain a public maintenance agreement for portions of the design <br />lying within public right-of-way.
