4. Schedule

The following is a sample schedule based on a January 13th notice to proceed. Because of our use of pre-
engineered skate elements, the permitting and approval process is typically much shorter than traditional
poured-in-place construction.

We were able to complete our recent skatepark design/build projects for Miami-Dade County on a very short
schedule with a smooth permitting and approval process due to our experienced compliance officer and the
quality of our supporting documents.

Depending on the agency compliance required by the sidewalk widening along Collins Ave., this schedule may
be adapted.

The schedule also incorporates two public meetings conducted a Spohn Ranch Community Involvement
expert to insure maximum buy-in by a stakeholders, including the owners and residents of the condominium
building directly to the north of the park.

Notice to Proceed -
First Team Meeting-
First Meeting with County-
First Public Meeting-
Second Meeting with County-
Second Public Meeting -
Third Meeting with County-
Construction Documents Completed-
Permitting & Approvals Obtained -
Construction Begins -
Construction Complete -

January 11th, 2009
January 1ih, 2009
January 14th, 2009
January 15th, 2009 (Concept designs presented)
February 4th, 2009
February 5th, 2009 (Final design presented)
February 25th, 2009
February 26th, 200
March 15th, 2010
April15t, 2010
May 155t, 2010

15131 Clark Ave. - Industry, CA 91745 - P 626-330-5803 x203 - f 626-330-5503 - Kirsten@spohnranch.com

5
