Integrally involved in the action sports industry <br />since 1993, the breadth of her experience ranges from the construction of high- <br />quality permanent facilities to the management of nationwide televised competition <br />tours and the operation of national retail locations. Also, as president of the Los <br />Angeles chapter of the Entrepreneurs' Organization, Kirsten leverages her <br />knowledge of business best practices to ensure the success of each and every <br />project Spohn Ranch undertakes. <br /> <br />Her extensive experience with liability issues has been vital in collaborating with insurance brokers and <br />underwriters to develop programs specifically for skateparks. Founding Spohn Ranch in <br />1992, he began to design and build ramps and courses for high profile <br />skateboarding events.
