<br />Micah Shapiro is the Lead Designer of Grindline Skateparks Inc. His 25 years of skateboarding and 10 years of <br />experience working in the skateboard industry, both as a team manager and a designer of professional contest <br />courses allow him to have the his finger on the pulse of what is currently popular and where the future can <br />go with the skateboarding youth of today. Micah's design solutions are rooted in the time-tested principles <br />of the arts and sciences but are also cutting-edge in approach, tapping into the latest trends, demographics, <br />behaviors, and research. He also has extensive experience working and collaborating with clients, communities <br />and key stakeholders, understanding the significant value of local skateboarders' participation in the design of <br />their Skate park. This process provides the local skatepark community with a sense of ownership in the project <br />and imbues each park with a distinctive personality that fits the surrounding context and responds to the specific <br />needs of the community. Micah is a certified AutoCAD and Rhino 3D operator which he uses to create realistic <br />3D models and construction documents of our award winning designs. <br /> <br />EDDIE LAWRENCE <br />SITE SUPERVISOR, GRINDLlNE SKATEPARKS <br />As a Florida native, Eddie Lawrence will serve as foreman on this job. Eddie has 15 years of skatepark building <br />experience, and has been a foreman for Grindline for the past 4 years. Eddie's strengths are his attention to detail <br />and his ability to stay on budget and on schedule. He has been the foreman on 12 jobs, 8 of which are in the East <br />Coast regions, such as Atlantic beach, FL, Stamford, CT, Fayetteville, WV, Wheeling, WV, Grove City, OH, Kokomo, <br />IN, and Oxford, MS. Our edge over our competition is that our foremen come up with field alternates which can <br />translate into plan ideas that value engineer and further improve our designs. They are able to make these new <br />concepts work because of their years of concrete construction experience as well as years of skateboarding <br />experience. <br /> <br />ALLAN J. IOSUE, RLA, LEED AP BD+C <br />VICE PRESIDENT - LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE, CONNELLY & WICKER <br />Allan currently holds 12 years of experience in Planning, Landscape Architecture, Project Management and Land <br />Development. He holds a Bachelors of Landscape Architecture from State university of New York College of <br />Environmental Design and Forestry. He is an active member of the ASLA,APA and ULI, USGBC. His current role <br />with Connelly & Wicker Inc. is primarily as Project Manager on Planning and Landscape Architecture projects. <br /> <br />STEPHEN V. MANIS, P.E., LEED AP BD+C <br />VICE PRESIDENT - LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE, CONNELLY & WICKER <br />Stephen brings 28 years of experience in civil engineering to the team. He aquired a Bachelors of Science in <br />Engineering from the University of Florida. He provides project management and design for master planning; <br />preliminary engineering services; site development and utilities engineering design; environmental, stormwater <br />and utilities permitting for residential subdivisions, high rise condominiums, apartment projects, industrial <br />warehouse developments, commercial developments, school and college campuses, recreational facilities and <br />military facilities. Stephen also regularly provides Quality Control and Quality Assurance reviews for Connelly <br />& Wicker. <br /> <br />7 <br />
