Founded in 1990, Grindline has been working with clients ranging from Grass-roots organizations to urban planning corporations wanting skateparks designed and built in their town. Every project is defined by its community. Each park has its special requirements. Our Skateparks are unique - from town to town, state to state. Grindline considers environment, geography, skill levels, budget, park proximity and skate volume in proposals to our clients. For almost two decades, we have had the pleasure of constructing celebrated Skate parks nationwide - and as demand increases - we've been invited back to add new features and phases to some of our past creations. We have designed and constructed over I 30 skateparks to date, from Orcas Island in Washington State to the island of Okinawa in Japan and this gives us an intimate understanding of concrete and its complexities as well as all other phases of skatepark construction. We leverage this experience in to creating more efficient, pro- gressive designs that provide more skatepark for less money. benefiting the client and end user in the long run. Our design and construction crews are comprised of professional-level skateboarders who have toured around the globe and collectively skated every major skate facility. The 100+ combined years of skatepark design and construction experience that the Grindline crew brings to each job ensures that every project we undertake is of the highest quality in terms of Craftsmanship. The financial state of the company is stable and our Dunn & Bradstreet rating is a I R3.We have main- tained a revolving line of credit with our bank, Eastside Commercial Bank in the amount of $175,0000 for the past 4 years which provides working capital.The annual revenues for 2007 were $4.4M and in 2008 were $4.7M.
