<br />Section 2 <br />Special Terms and Conditions <br /> <br />2.1 PURPOSE OF BID: <br /> <br />The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for the purchase of catering services for <br />the City's annual anniversary barbecue in conjunction with the City's needs on an as needed <br />when needed basis. <br /> <br />2.2 PRE-BID CONFERENCE <br /> <br />Intentionally Omitted <br /> <br />2.3 TERM <br /> <br />This contract shall commence upon the date of the purchase order and shall remain in effect until <br />such time as the commodities, equipment and/or services acquired in conjunction with this <br />Invitation to Bid, have been completed and accepted by the City's authorized representative and <br />upon completion of the expressed and/or implied warranty periods. <br /> <br />2.4 OPTIONS TO RENEW <br /> <br />Intentionally Omitted <br /> <br />2.5 METHOD OF AWARD <br /> <br />See section 4 of this solicitation <br /> <br />2.6 PRICE <br /> <br />If the vendor is awarded a contract under this solicitation, the prices proposed by the vendor <br />shall remain fixed and firm during the term of contract. <br /> <br />2.7 PERFORMANCE BOND <br /> <br />Intentionally Omitted <br /> <br />2.8 DELIVERY <br /> <br />Intentionally Omitted <br /> <br />2.9 INSURANCE <br /> <br />Comprehensive General Liability with minimum limits of Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) per <br />occurrence combined single limit for Bodily Injury Liability and Property Damage Liability. <br />Coverage must be afforded on a form no more restrictive than the latest edition of the <br />Comprehensive General Liability policy, without restrictive endorsements, as filed by the <br />Insurance Services Office, and must include: <br /> <br />o Premises and Operation <br />o Independent Contractors <br />o Products and/or Completed Operations Hazard <br /> <br />PAGE 16 OF 29 <br />BID No. 11-01-01 <br />
