A copy of his resume is included herein. He has over 17 years of operational management <br />and 22 years of experience in the food service industry. He served as executive chef of Areas USA. Inc. at <br />Miami International Airport for over four years, and has extensive experience as a chef in other <br />organizations. Responsibilities include day to day operations of the facility and coordination of all menus. <br />compliance with program regulations and standards, management, personnel developmcnt and supervision. <br /> <br />Mr. Bhasin will serve as the Food Service Manager for this contract and devote thc necessary time to the <br />execution and maintenance of this contract. She has extensive experience in the planning, scheduling. assigning. <br />reviewing and evaluating work. training personnel and disciplining staff. and enforces safety regulations. <br /> <br />COllsuelo NUllez, Assistant Chef - Mr. Nunez has been the Assistant Chef for lLS Group, LLC d/b/a Classic <br />Caterers for approximately one year. She previously was a chef of LGF Luftansa Airlines at the Miami <br />International Airport. She is able to spot problems and resolve them quickly and efficiently and delegates <br />many kitchen tasks simultaneously. She is rcsponsible for approving all preparcd food itcms that leave our <br />kitchen working closely with the Operations/Food Service Manager. <br /> <br />Drivers: Comprehensive fleet of vehicles and pool of qualified drivers. All drivers have received a <br />background prior to hire and receive continuous training to educate and prepare them in interacting with thc <br />older adult population, such as sensitivity training. <br />
