<br />ILS Group, LLC d/b/a Classic Caterers <br />RFP No.: 11-04-01 <br />12 <br /> <br />Approach / Methodologv <br /> <br />· Suitability of the methodologies and approaches used in achieving tasks <br /> <br />Our methodology for the services to be utilized to achieve project goals includes program dcsign. <br />consultation and on-site management services. Thc Project Team's management approach establishes the <br />five essential functions of management as planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling. The final <br />function of control is the process validating whether things occur in accordance with the original plan. In <br />essence, control means success or failure of the operation. We must maintain control of situations at all <br />times. We must be in control of our employees, and our employees must maintain strict self-control at all <br />times. We believe that controls must be economical, meaningful, appropriate, timcly, simple and <br />operational. This control we maintain in our food service operation will be built around these specifications. <br /> <br />· Overall organization to completing the project <br /> <br />Consistency in leadership, quality of food and service and in cost control requires standardizcd programs. <br />which are understood and used by all facilities. The Project Team uses standardized programs at all units. <br />These programs include, but are not limited to, financial systems for meal counts, inventory controls and <br />profitability analysis, menu systems for development and implementation, nutritional analysis, recipc <br />quantification. order guides and production worksheets and staffing systems to determine scheduling and <br />labor patterns. We have achieved success through consistency by using a centralized form of management <br />combined with giving our individual units the responsibility and authority to establish, monitor and supcrvise <br />operating policies. We ensure that from staffing, set-up to clean-up, we work closely with the City in ordcr <br />to make sure that the event is a total success. We believe coordination is key to a successful catcring cvent. <br /> <br />· Ability to meet desired timelines and deadlines <br /> <br />We have extensive experience in the coordination of catering events both public and privatc. We havc the <br />ability to meet the client's desired timelines and deadlines due to our ability to ensure that we plan and stafr <br />the event appropriately and effectively. Additionally, lLS Group, LLC d/b/a Classic Caterers have the <br />management support structure and quality assurance team in place essential for success. We work closely <br />with our clients to ensure quality and customer satisfaction before, during and after the event. <br /> <br />· Proposed site plan <br /> <br />lLS Group, LLC d/b/a Classic Caterers will ensure to comply with the specifications and requirements or this <br />RFP, as it relates to the site plan provided under Section 3.12 and parking specifications provided under <br />Section 3.10. We will arrive with sufficient time for set-up on the day of the event. We will upon <br />notification of award and event coordinate with the City and schedule a walk-through of the site. if desired <br />by the City and needed, to discuss and plan the set-up of all tents, equipment and staffing. <br /> <br />· Logistics of the event such as load in and out time <br /> <br />As previously noted. we will upon notitication of award and event coordinatc with the City and schedule a <br />walk-through of the site, if desired by the City and needed, to discuss and plan the sct-up of all tents. <br />
