Our choice of 2:Potato salad and Tri-color Pasta Salad <br />Dessert would be choice of one and that would be Cookies. <br />In regards to the chicken, as I said there were some of the guests who stated that the chicken was not fully <br />cooked through, although myself I did not get to sample the chicken, we would like to make sure that indeed it is cooked <br />thoroughly. Also could the portions be a bit smaller. As I stated, I will be using a ticket system for the meal. The theme <br />this year is "Around The World" . We will be showcasing the different countries the staff represent. Please at your <br />convenience have the D.J. call me at any time.
