Personnel must be able to supply <br />proper identification at all times. <br /> <br />All employees of the Bidder shall be considered to be at all times the sole employees of <br />the Bidder, under the Bidder's sole direction, and not an employee or agent of the City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach. The Bidder shall supply competent and physically capable employees <br />and the City may require the Bidder to remove any employee it deems careless, <br />incompetent, insubordinate or otherwise objectionable and whose presence on City <br />property is not in the best interest of the City. City shall not have any duty to implement <br />or enforce such requirements. <br /> <br />3.7 LOCATION OF WORK <br /> <br />The catch basins and/or manholes are located within the City of Sunny Isles Beach on <br />City streets at various areas. <br /> <br />3.7.1 The Bidder shall not clean storm sewer basins and/or storm sewer manholes <br />located on State and County Roads. These State and / or county roads / streets <br />include: <br /> <br />. State Roads <br />. Sunny Isles Beach Blvd <br />. Collins Avenue <br />. Lehman Causeway <br /> <br />3.8 SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Bidder shall provide all labor, equipment and materials required to clean catch <br />basins/manhole sumps, jetting and cleaning all drainage lines (36" and under) <br />connecting/emanating from approximately 448 catch basins/manholes and disposal of <br />sediment. <br /> <br />. Bidder shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, County and City <br />reg u lations. <br />. All asphalt pads around catch basins shall be free of any and all vegetation. <br />. All vegetation growth into and surrounding the basins shall be cleaned <br /> <br />3.9 PROJECT IDENTIFICATION <br /> <br />No signs or advertisement will be allowed to be displayed at the work site. <br /> <br />3.10 WATER JETTING <br /> <br />All water jetting shall be conducted to the extent that it will allow for Clear-Flow of water <br />throughout the sewer lines. <br /> <br />3.10 WATER SUPPLY <br /> <br />The bidder shall be responsible for water supply <br /> <br />END OF SECTON <br /> <br />PAGE 22 OF 28 <br />BID No. 11-01-01 <br />
