ADVANTAGES TO USING STAFFING CONNECTION

1. Unique recruitment skills and aggressive recruiting program
make staffing each post a reality.

2. Mandatory training done according to Florida School Crossing
Guard Guidelines by our certified staff. We have at least one
training class per week.

3. Background and drug testing on all new hires.

4. All guards and supervisors are covered by Staffing Connection's
Liability and Worker's Compensation Insurance. All incidents
are reported to and handled by Staffing Connection.

5. City Field Supervisors are all state certified- trainers.

6. Daily maintenance of all guards is performed by the field
supervisor. This ensures post coverage and overall safety for each
post.

7. Payroll is processed weekly. Guards are employees of Staffing
Connection, thus Staffing Connection is responsible for all payroll
taxes ie. (state, federal, unemployment, FICA).

8. All forms related to employment are processed by our office.

9. 24 hour telephone contact available.
