Mr. Laks worked <br />with ~iami-Dade COUllty Public Schools for approximately four years as the operations manager for the <br />contractor providing armed security services for the North Central Satellite. In this position, he was <br />responsible for ensuring the security of our property and personnel, as well as providing leadership of other <br />armed security officers that worked shift at this site. <br /> <br />Mr. Laks established a reputation as a highly qualified and dependable manager with good judgment and <br />the ability to work well with others. As a result of his leadership, staff and visitors felt confident, safe and <br />secure. Moreover, he demonstrated a high degree of motivation and a commitment to excellence in the <br />performance of his duties.
