Executive Summary Bayus Security Services Inc, was established in the year 2000, at the most unfavorable time. It was at a time of mushroomed security services companies and despite the unpredictability of market conditions for security then, the founder, Chief Olalekan Shokunbi ignored all odds and naysayer to establish not only a viable security company, but an enviable model to security companies before and after Bayus. Since its inception in 2000, Bayus has continued to provide security services at a level beyond expectations to various entities that include government and commercial clients. These services are rendered, using highly trained and exposed security personnel, who have been in the industry for at least eight to ten years. In the year 2009, Bayus Security Services decided to include Crossing Guard Services into the business in which resulted in all senior officers going to training to become trainers. With staff of nearly 400 officers, we believe we have the required resources and tools to meet the Crossing Guard demand of the City of Sunny Isles Beach in the BID No. 11-05-03. Our personnel to be assigned to this project are well trained, and in as much as we consider them critical to the overall success of the implementation of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, School Crossing Guard Services scope of services, Bayus emphasizes recruitment, screening, continuous training, education and support that will promote loyalty and dedicated team of committed officers for this project. Our personnel, besides the Division of Licensing basic training programs that qualify them to become licensed professional security personnel, they are continuously tested randomly to ensure acuteness of knowledge and experience gained over the course of professional security lives.
